Liver Cleansing Regime

A book was recommended to me some time ago, but at the time it did not resinate with me.  Now it is time for me to go back to Cleanse and Purify Thyself and see what wisdom it contains for me.  It will be interesting for me to review the contents of this book in light of the other information I have been gathering on diet and disease.
